Terms of Service

Effective [effective date]

These terms are the agreement between you and [Legal name of the operator] (“we”) for using anticlaude (“the service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. What the service is

anticlaude is a writing studio. You give it material — documents, links, a description of your brand — and it drafts social-media posts from that material, with pictures if you ask for them, for you to review and publish yourself. It does not publish anything on your behalf.

The drafts are produced by artificial-intelligence models. They are drafts: they can be wrong, incomplete, or wrong for your audience, and you are responsible for reading them and deciding what to publish. We make no promise about reach, engagement, followers, sales or any other result.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
  • One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your sign-in is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • A plan allows a number of brands (workspaces). Brands beyond the plan's number cannot be created.
  • We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

3. Plans, posts, pages and credits

A plan gives you, each month: a number of posts (one idea written for every platform we support counts as one post, whether you generate all of them or one), a number of pages of reading (about 1,800 characters of your source material each), and a number of credits for redoing things — a new picture, fresh openings, a post rebuilt from a different opening — and for anything beyond the month's posts and pages.

  • Posts and pages come back at the start of each billing month and do not carry over.
  • Credits carry over. The monthly grant stops adding once your balance holds 3 months' worth; credits you bought separately are never removed.
  • Every purchase is quoted before it runs and charged exactly as quoted. A run that fails is charged only for the work that ran, never more than the quote, and a post we could not write from your material is not counted as one of your posts.
  • The free plan is a trial, once: it does not renew.
  • The paid plans today are Starter ($19 a month), Creator ($49 a month), Studio ($99 a month). What each includes is stated on the pricing page at the time you buy.
  • We may change what things cost in credits, including to reflect what our providers charge us. If you have been a subscriber for two months or more, the credit prices you had apply through the end of the month in which a change takes effect. Subscription prices change only with at least 30 days' notice by email, and never mid-term.

4. Payment

Subscriptions and credits are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) or Paddle.com Inc. (US), depending on your location), our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your invoice, handles payment, tax and billing, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. We never see your card details. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and the account then drops to the free plan with its credits kept.

5. Your material and what we make from it

  • What you upload or link stays yours. You confirm you have the right to use it, and that giving it to us breaks no law, contract or third-party right.
  • You own the posts, captions and pictures the service produces for you, as far as the law allows ownership of machine-generated work, and you may use them however you like. Similar output may be produced for other people from similar prompts; we cannot promise exclusivity.
  • You give us permission to store and process your material and outputs only as needed to run the service for you — including sending excerpts to the AI providers named in the privacy policy. We do not use your material to train models.
  • Uploaded files are read for their text and the original file is discarded. Text is kept as quarantined data: it is never treated as an instruction to the assistant.

6. What you may not do

  • Use the service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights, or to impersonate a person or organisation.
  • Upload material you have no right to use, or personal data of others you have no basis to process.
  • Use the outputs in ways that break the rules of the platform you publish on; those rules are yours to follow.
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the service, share accounts, resell access, or automate the product beyond ordinary use.
  • Sign up repeatedly to collect the free plan.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular uptime. The AI providers we depend on can fail or change; a run that cannot complete is not charged beyond the work that ran. We may add, change or remove features, and we will announce material removals by email.

8. Ending the agreement

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your brands, sources, posts, pictures and remaining credits are deleted with it.
  • A free account with no activity for 6 months is deleted, with everything in it.
  • We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms. Where the breach can be put right, we will ask first.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept, delete your account before it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protections and the courts of the country you live in. Write to us first at [contact email]; most things are settled that way.
